About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce engineering standards and design guidelines for all data centre projects across France.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from test‑fit and concept design to construction handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet aggressive delivery targets.
- Make critical engineering decisions that ensure reliability, scalability, and customer success.
- Collaborate with product development, operations, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data centre engineering or related infrastructure design.
- Proven track record managing complex projects with strict budget and timeline constraints.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, reference designs, and best practices for data centre construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, fluent in French and English.
- Ability to solve technical challenges creatively and make decisive engineering judgments.
