About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for construction services, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets are met.
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement cycles, from supplier identification and qualification to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Partner with internal engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead large‑scale supply‑chain improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis to identify savings opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, conduct risk assessments, and enforce compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of procurement or category management experience, preferably within data‑center or large construction environments.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and external partners.
