Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians to deliver reliable, high‑capacity data center services.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to maximize efficiency, safety, and uptime.
- Drive incident response and root‑cause analysis, ensuring rapid resolution and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to plan capacity, manage resources, and support scaling of cloud infrastructure.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing large technical teams in a data center or similar high‑availability environment.
