We're seeking a skilled Data Center Infrastructure Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data center infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient mechanical systems to support our growing computing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data center mechanical systems, including cooling, ventilation, and air handling systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems meet performance and reliability requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues to minimize downtime
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve data center efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data center mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., Autodesk, SolidWorks)
- Strong understanding of mechanical system design principles and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
