Data Center Facility Operations Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Center Facility Operations Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical facility infrastructure within data center environments. This role is responsible for managing facility systems, handling operational incidents, coordinating vendors and technicians, and driving operational reliability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute maintenance activities for electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, fire protection, and facility systems.
- Handle facility incidents, failures, and escalations while coordinating vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
- Monitor facility risks, corrective actions, optimization initiatives, and project execution quality.
- Support scheduling, emergency response, operational drills, and major event coordination.
- Analyze operational data and support continuous improvement of facility processes and procedures.
- Train and guide facility technicians on operational standards, checklists, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data center facilities, MEP, HVAC, electrical, low-voltage systems, or facility operations.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection systems, BMS/EMS platforms, alarm systems, and maintenance planning.
- Strong troubleshooting, emergency coordination, vendor management, and operational analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and team collaboration capability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,300.00 per month
