Data Architect, Reporting HR Operations - Baptist Health System, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑wide data models and data warehouses focused on HR and workforce metrics.
• Lead end‑to‑end ETL processes, ensuring data quality, lineage, and performance for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Build and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to deliver actionable insights.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for sensitive workforce data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, or BI roles within a complex enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational database design, and ETL tooling (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
• Hands‑on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering HR or workforce analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
