Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions, driving data architecture, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data warehousing using AWS and Python to support HVACR supply chain analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable data models and architecture for large-scale HVACR supply chain data.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest, transform, and load data into AWS data warehouses.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices across all data assets.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data processes and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL development.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Glue, and Lambda.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
