Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions for digital health initiatives, leveraging cloud platforms, advanced ETL processes, and robust data governance to enable data-driven insights and innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines and lakehouse solutions that support real‑time analytics for digital health applications.
- Design and enforce data models, schemas, and metadata management across relational and NoSQL stores.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance controls aligned with healthcare regulations.
- Optimize performance and cost of cloud‑based data services (AWS/GCP) through best practices and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
