About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end data architectures that support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives across the financial services domain.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, integration patterns, and data pipelines that are scalable, secure, and cloud‑native.
- Lead data governance, quality, and security frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big‑data technologies for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Mentor development teams on best practices for ETL, data warehousing, and real‑time streaming solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise data solutions, preferably in financial services.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and big‑data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data‑as‑a‑service platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical designs and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
