Software Engineer
Design and implement enterprise‑scale data solutions on Azure, leveraging Azure Data Factory, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices to build robust, scalable data platforms for analytics and reporting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end data architectures on Microsoft Azure, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.
- Develop and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related services to support batch and real‑time processing.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of data platform components.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization across the enterprise data platform.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and building data solutions on Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Data Lake Storage.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps, and scripting languages for pipeline automation.
- Deep knowledge of relational and non‑relational data modeling, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in an agile development setting.
