About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized repositories.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program managers and technical teams to align data solutions with organizational goals and improve system interoperability.
- Conduct data analysis, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize performance of data workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and database management (SQL preferred).
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience building BI solutions and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
