Data and Reporting Compliance Analyst responsible for designing, building, and maintaining compliance dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate metric-level data for regulatory and internal stakeholders using SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance reports and dashboards that track key metrics across the organization.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using SQL and other ETL tools to support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure all reporting meets current compliance standards and audit requirements.
- Analyze data trends, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis to support business decisions and compliance reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and compliance within a financial services environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience building complex queries and data models.
- Proficiency with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel for data visualization and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and data governance best practices.
