About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from multiple banking systems to produce actionable insights for the Customer Division.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and customer metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Automate data extraction and reporting processes using SQL scripts and Excel macros to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise visual stories.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report publishing.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
