Data and Program Evaluation Analyst - Fred Victor

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute program evaluation studies, including logic models, outcome measurement, and impact analysis.
• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to support research and reporting needs.
• Develop statistical models and perform quantitative analyses using Python, R, or similar tools to identify trends and inform decision‑making.
• Create interactive dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) that communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data engineers and service managers, to ensure data quality and alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare concise written summaries and presentations for senior leadership and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or research within a social services or public sector context.
• Proficiency in SQL and a statistical programming language such as Python or R.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to senior audiences.
