About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data solutions across Azure services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the adoption of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enable citizen development and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Drive best practices in data governance, quality, and compliance across the organization.
- Mentor and influence cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing enterprise data architectures on Azure.
- Deep knowledge of the Azure data ecosystem (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Cosmos DB) and Power Platform.
- Strong background in analytics, AI/ML, and modern data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Collaborative, influencing mindset with a track record of working across teams.
