Data and Insights Analyst responsible for optimizing procurement processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights through SQL, iValua, and visualization tools to support strategic decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously improve the iValua Source‑to‑Pay (Marketplace MP) workflow across the enterprise.
- Extract, transform, and validate procurement data from multiple systems to ensure high data quality.
- Develop dashboards and reports using data‑visualisation tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to translate analytical findings into process‑efficiency recommendations.
- Automate routine data‑processing tasks using Python or SQL scripts to reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Hands‑on knowledge of iValua or similar Source‑to‑Pay platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, visual insights.
- Experience in procurement or supply‑chain analytics, focusing on process optimisation.
- Proficiency in Python (or comparable scripting language) for automation and data‑wrangling tasks.
