Detail‑oriented Data & Content Administrator responsible for maintaining product data, updating website content, and leveraging AI‑driven tools to ensure accurate, high‑quality information across the e‑commerce platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product data feeds, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all sales channels.
- Administer the content management system, publishing and editing product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Perform data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with merchandising and supplier teams to source missing information.
- Utilize AI‑enabled tools to automate data enrichment, classification, and tagging processes.
- Generate regular reports on data health, content performance, and inventory status for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL queries and relational databases for data extraction and validation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, and data cleaning techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with a Content Management System (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or similar) and e‑commerce product catalogs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues quickly.
- Familiarity with AI or machine‑learning tools for data enrichment and automation is a plus.
