Data & Automation Specialist - Healthcare Partners Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse healthcare sources.
• Implement and manage RPA workflows to automate repetitive data entry and validation tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to define data quality standards and reporting requirements.
• Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency and reliability.
• Document data processes, maintain metadata repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Python, SQL, and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Talend).
• Hands‑on knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
