Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end analytics for digital marketing, building GA4 conversion tracking, visualizing performance data, and driving insights that optimize campaigns and ROI.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Google Analytics 4 property configurations, ensuring accurate conversion tracking across web and app channels.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) to present actionable insights to marketing teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution models, and user behavior to recommend optimization strategies that increase conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, creative) to define data requirements, troubleshoot tracking issues, and validate data integrity.
- Document analytics processes, create best‑practice guides, and train stakeholders on interpreting data and leveraging insights for decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a strong focus on GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of web analytics concepts, attribution modeling, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with SQL and data extraction from web analytics platforms is a plus.
