Lead the design, development, and maintenance of reporting, data integration, and analytics solutions for operational and academic functions, translating business needs into reliable data products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support academic and operational decision‑making.
- Develop and manage ETL pipelines and data integration workflows across multiple source systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into scalable data models and analytical solutions.
- Oversee data quality, governance, and documentation to ensure reliable, repeatable outputs.
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with the ICT team to align analytics initiatives with broader technology strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across academic and operational teams.
