Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing analytics team, designing and delivering data platforms, governance frameworks, and AI solutions using Python, SQL and cloud services to drive business insights and ethical data use.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional analytics team, ensuring delivery of robust data pipelines, models and AI solutions.
- Design and implement data governance, quality and ethical‑use frameworks, including master data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytical insights.
- Oversee the full data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption across cloud platforms.
- Champion best practices in data security, compliance and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a data/analytics function with a track record of delivering analytics platforms and AI projects.
- Strong technical background in Python, SQL and cloud data services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Hands‑on expertise in building data models, pipelines and machine‑learning workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data governance, master data management and ethical data practices.
