Data Engineer
Design and implement data pipelines and analytics solutions for finance systems, leveraging Azure, DevOps, C#, and API-driven data integration to enable accurate reporting and insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load financial data from multiple sources.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration layers to connect finance applications with Azure services.
- Collaborate with finance analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring high reliability and repeatability.
- Monitor data quality, performance, and security, applying best practices for data governance and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C# development and .NET ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Blob Storage, Functions) and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands‑on expertise in data transformation, ETL/ELT processes, and building robust data integration solutions.
- Solid understanding of API design, RESTful services, and authentication mechanisms.
- Background in finance or banking data domains is a plus.
