About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from consumer branch operations to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with branch managers and cross‑functional teams to translate analytical insights into operational improvements.
- Perform statistical analysis to support forecasting, segmentation, and performance measurement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a retail or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional teams.
