About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams, owners, and technology groups to gather and translate business requirements into data and AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines, integration workflows, and analytics dashboards using Python, SQL, and Azure services.
- Implement machine‑learning models and advanced analytics to support construction‑site decision making and performance tracking.
- Standardize data governance, security, and compliance practices across multiple job sites and national accounts.
- Coordinate delivery with on‑site personnel and off‑site development teams, ensuring timely rollout and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience in data analytics or AI implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for data engineering and model deployment.
- Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between technical teams and construction stakeholders.
