Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and delivery of data, AI, and BI solutions, driving analytics strategy and overseeing a cross‑functional team using SQL, Python, and cloud‑based data platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data, AI, and business intelligence roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Architect, build, and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics platforms on cloud infrastructure.
- Lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics using machine learning techniques.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports with BI tools to enable data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance across all data assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and model development.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and familiarity with machine‑learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
