Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional analytics team, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high‑quality insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS and Azure Cloud platforms, integrating GIS data from ArcGIS.
- Implement AI and machine learning models to predict ridership, optimize routes, and improve service reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable dashboards.
- Oversee data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
