About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from hospital operations, finance and patient care to support evidence‑based decision making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for senior leadership and clinical teams.
- Perform statistical analyses using Python (pandas, NumPy, SciPy) to identify trends, forecast demand and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Document data sources, methodologies and findings in clear, concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analytics within a healthcare or finance environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with SQL for data extraction.
- Hands‑on expertise in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
