About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data platforms on AWS.
- Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Drive performance measurement and reporting, delivering dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing analytics teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong technical background in Python, SQL, and cloud data services (AWS).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
