About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the analytical view of the development pipeline, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain executive‑level dashboards and reports in Power BI, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, develop data models, and implement scalable data solutions on AWS.
- Lead data quality initiatives, establishing governance standards and best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing data‑driven recommendations that influence corporate strategy and project decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence within a large, data‑centric organization.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI, with hands‑on experience building data pipelines and visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue) and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings into clear, executive‑friendly narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor and influence cross‑functional teams.
