About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
- Lead the creation of interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with security, engineering, and product teams to define data requirements and deliver predictive models using machine learning techniques.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all analytics projects.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science roles, with a proven track record of leading analytics initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Hands‑on experience building Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow) and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
