Data Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end data pipelines and analytics solutions for automotive data, leveraging Python, SQL, Spark, and AWS to deliver actionable insights and support data‑driven decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines from automotive sensors and production systems using Python and Spark.
- Implement data models and transformations in SQL on cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine‑learning models and monitor their performance in production.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all data assets.
- Optimize pipeline performance and cost on AWS infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles within automotive or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
- Knowledge of machine‑learning workflows and model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
