Data Analytics Engineer leveraging Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Python and Oracle SQL to deliver actionable insights, build dashboards, and support quality planning across global automotive development processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track supplier quality metrics and product development KPIs.
- Extract, transform, and load data from Oracle SQL Developer and other sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality Launch Engineers to monitor Component Readiness Valves (CRV), Production Part Approval (PPAP), and Run at Rate processes.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and decision‑making.
- Utilize Excel and SharePoint for data analysis, documentation, and sharing of findings across cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Python, and Oracle SQL Developer.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear visualizations.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing quality environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
