Data Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store campaign data from multiple sources.
- Build and deploy machine learning models to predict campaign outcomes and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all analytics workflows.
- Optimize query performance and infrastructure costs on AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and Glue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles within a marketing or advertising context.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with campaign analytics tools and performance measurement is a plus.
