Software Engineer
Lead a data analytics and AI team to design, govern, and operationalize data pipelines, advanced analytics, and machine‑learning solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the analytics strategy, aligning data architecture, governance, and AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouses, ensuring data lineage and quality across the organization.
- Lead the development of advanced analytics, machine‑learning models, and dashboards that drive actionable insights.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, data cataloging, and lineage tracking to support compliance and data stewardship.
- Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling concepts; experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
- Deep understanding of data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
