Data Analyst
Mid‑level Data Analytics Analyst supporting the IT Data & Analytics team, focusing on Epic Cogito reporting, third‑party data integration, and Microsoft SQL Server‑based business intelligence solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Epic Cogito, RW, Radar, and Slicer.
- Design and implement data integration pipelines to bring third‑party data into the Epic ecosystem.
- Write, tune, and troubleshoot T‑SQL queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Collaborate with clinicians and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Monitor data quality, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T‑SQL development.
- Hands‑on experience with Epic reporting tools (Cogito, RW, Radar, Slicer).
- Proven ability to integrate and transform external data sources for reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field.
