Data Analytics Analyst responsible for building scalable analytics platforms, designing experiments, and delivering actionable insights using SQL, Python, and Tableau to support digital transformation and product innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytical models to support enterprise‑wide digital initiatives.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical testing, and A/B experiments to evaluate product performance and customer experience.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that translate complex data into clear business insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define metrics, track key performance indicators, and drive data‑informed decision making.
- Document analytical methodologies, ensure data quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the analytics platform.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or other experimental frameworks.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and ability to communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
