About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to blend data from multiple systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with business users to elicit requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support and training.
- Develop and document data models, schemas, and metadata to support reporting, analytics, and future data initiatives.
- Monitor data performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance data reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, automation, and scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) to create dynamic dashboards and visual analytics.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and relational database design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
