Data Analyst/Customer Support role focused on onboarding validation, data research, and issue resolution using SAP, Freshdesk, CRM and ticketing platforms to ensure accurate customer onboarding and ongoing service monitoring.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and cleanse customer onboarding lists to minimize onboarding failures and ensure first‑time‑right execution.
- Create, verify, and maintain customer‑to‑instrument pre‑associations within Services Central.
- Conduct data research and reconcile non‑matching Parent DUNS records.
- Provide tier‑1 support through Freshdesk, handling tickets, monitoring status, and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve onboarding processes and data quality.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in data analysis and customer support environments.
- Proficiency with SAP, Freshdesk, and CRM/ticketing systems.
- Strong data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, shift‑based setting.
