Data Analyst
Analyze and transform user support data to improve the experience for developers and enterprise customers, using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to surface insights and drive operational efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate support tickets, chat logs, and usage metrics from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards that monitor key support KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and user satisfaction.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product or process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop automated ETL pipelines to ensure timely, reliable data delivery for reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a SaaS or developer‑focused environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Experience building interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with customer support data structures and metrics.
