About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and interactive dashboards that translate raw data into clear business insights.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from AWS Redshift and other sources using SQL and ETL best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, operations, and sales to understand requirements and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
- Identify trends, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose process optimizations to meet key business objectives.
- Document data models, data definitions, and reporting processes to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AWS Redshift, SQL querying, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
