About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable Data Lake architecture to ingest and store diverse data sources.
- Build and validate predictive models to forecast donor behavior, fundraising trends, and community needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from CRM and other systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Data Lake technologies (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake) and ETL pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Background in predictive analytics, including regression, classification, or time‑series forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
