Data Analyst
Data Analyst who will enable data‑driven decisions for LiveOps, feature launches and content updates by building dashboards, tracking KPIs such as DAU, retention and ARPU, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for LiveOps events, feature releases, and content updates.
- Define, extract, and transform datasets from multiple sources to support KPI tracking (e.g., DAU, retention, churn, ARPU).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend optimizations.
- Automate data pipelines and ensure data quality through robust ETL processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with relational databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy) for analysis and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and ability to apply them to gaming metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
