Data Analyst
Analyze and manage bulk material inventories, clean and validate large datasets, and support strategic projects while ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting using SQL, Excel, Python, and visualization tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and update inventory records, track bulk material movements, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Generate and automate reports for management, supporting strategic decision‑making and project execution.
- Ensure invoices are accurately coded, processed, and aligned with inventory data.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning and analysis.
- Ability to create clear visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
