Data Analyst – Technical Staff driving data analytics for strategic, clinical, and operational initiatives using SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS to deliver actionable insights and maintain robust data applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business and clinical leaders to translate strategic goals into data solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and dashboards that support decision‑making across the organization.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Promote data literacy by training stakeholders on analytics tools and best practices.
- Leverage AWS services to scale analytics workloads and secure data environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL design, and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience deploying analytics solutions on AWS (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical data environment is a plus.
