Location- San Antonio, TX

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst / System Analyst who can bridge business needs with technology and turn data into actionable insights. If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and working closely with cross‑functional teams; this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

SQL-based data extraction, cleaning, and analysis
Dashboard/report development using Power BI/Tableau/Looker
KPI creation, trend analysis, and data quality validation
Process flows, workflow diagrams, and system documentation
Collaboration with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

3–7 years as Data Analyst / Business Analyst / System Analyst
Strong SQL + relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
Power BI / Tableau / Looker
Excel (advanced)
Agile/Scrum experience
Excellent communication & documentation

Preferred Skills: Python/R, REST APIs, JSON, Jira/Confluence, ETL, cloud platforms, ERP/CRM experience
