Data Analyst responsible for enhancing reporting capabilities, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights using Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel while collaborating with business stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic decision‑making.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using Power Automate and Excel macros.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure data solutions meet global standards.
- Validate data quality, perform root‑cause analysis of discrepancies, and implement controls to improve data integrity.
- Provide actionable insights and visual storytelling to drive performance improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and managing Power BI reports and data models.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VBA/macros.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and data integration.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
