About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document technical specifications for data pipelines and reporting solutions that support customer journey initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources, performing validation and cleansing activities.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, translating complex data into clear business insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for customer experience projects.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), gathering feedback, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics within fintech, telecommunications, or customer‑facing environments.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Power BI, with a strong foundation in data modeling and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting UAT and delivering production‑ready reporting solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to data governance and quality assurance.
