Data Analyst focused on quality and customer satisfaction, leveraging SQL, Python, and Tableau to analyze product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data‑driven decisions across the development lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from product testing, customer feedback, and operational metrics to assess quality and satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and trend analyses for cross‑functional teams.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract insights, automate reporting, and support data‑driven decision making.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to define metrics, track defect rates, and recommend process improvements.
- Present findings to stakeholders, translating technical results into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a quality or customer‑experience context.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into clear business actions.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and customer satisfaction frameworks is a plus.
