About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, analysis, and automation of routine tasks.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, presenting findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building visualisations and dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, validation, and statistical techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical results into business insights.
