Data Analyst
Data Analyst responsible for extracting, cleaning, and visualizing customer support data to drive insights and improve service quality using Python, SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from customer support systems to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau that track key performance indicators and support business decisions.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract insights from relational databases and perform ad‑hoc analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports, highlighting trends and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a customer support or service environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dynamic charts.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
